Parking
- You can use a parking space. We have designated 2 spaces for people with disabilities. Remember to bring your parking card and place it behind the windscreen.
- The parking spaces are painted blue and properly marked.
- The distance from the parking space to the building entrance is about 50 metres.
- Parking is free of charge.
Assistance dog
- You may come with an assistance dog or a guide dog. Remember to bring the assistance dog's certificate and its vaccination record.
- The dog must wear a muzzle. This does not apply to guide dogs.
- We provide water for the animal.
Building entrance
- The entrance is at ground level. There are no obstacles to entering in a wheelchair.
- Stairs lead to the entrance.
- In front of the stairs there is a warning strip made of raised elements.
- The steps are marked with contrast.
- There is a handrail by the stairs.
- You have to open the door manually.
- It opens outwards.
- Opening the door does not require much force.
- The door has a comfortable, ergonomic handle.
Space beyond the entrance
- The space is usually quiet and calm.
- The room is well lit.
Horizontal circulation
- The rooms are on one storey but on different levels.
- Some corridors are not accessible to wheelchair users.
Vertical circulation
- You can reach other storeys by stairs

How to request a Polish Sign Language interpreter:
Eligible persons, i.e. persons experiencing permanent or periodic difficulties in communicating, have the right to use the services of a Polish Sign Language (PJM) interpreter, the signed language system (SJM) or the deafblind communication method (SKOGN) when dealing with matters at [Grupa Steinhof Sp. z o.o.].
How to submit a request:
An eligible person who wishes to use an interpreter must report this at least 3 working days before the planned visit (except in emergencies), using one of the following forms of contact:
